Rahmat Hanafi is one of the President Commissioner of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. since June 2020. He currently serves as Director Maintenance for PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Rahmat was born in Cirebon, East Java on September, 12th 1966. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institute Teknologi (ITB) Bandung, and a Magister of Management from Jakarta Institute & Management Studies.
Maria Kristi Endah Murni was appointed as Commissioner of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. in August 2019. Previously, she has served as a Director of Air Transport of Directorate General of Civil Aviation and Deputy Director of Air Transport Cooperation of Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Kristi was born in Yogyakarta on September, 7th 1964. She received her Bachelor of Law degree from Airlangga University, Surabaya and Magister of Law from University of Indonesia, Jakarta.
He was appointed as Independent Commissioner by Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of GMF on November 6, 2018 and effective since January 8, 2019 by virtue of Decree of the Minister of SOE No. SR 29/MBU/01/2019 on Appointment of Members of Board of Commissioners of Subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as stated in Deed of Statement of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No. 1 dated January 11, 2019. He earned Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Economy from Universitas Trisakti in 1994. Prior to serving as Independent Commissioner of the Company, he had worked as Auditor from 1986 to 2004 at Public Accounting Firm Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja (Ernst & Young Indonesia) with the last position as partner. Later he served as Group Financial Controller at PT CT Corpora since 2004. He is not affiliated with other members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Commissioners, and majority shareholder of the Company.
Gatot Sulistiantoro is one of Independent Commissioner of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. since June 2020. He currently serves as Spoke Person for Ministry of Youth and Sport Republic Indonesia. Gatot was born in Yogyakarta, Central Java on October, 31st 1961. He completed his bachelor’s degree in International Relations at University of Gadjah Mada and a Magister of Business Administration from Central Queensland University, Australia.
Bobby Rasyidin is one of Independent Commissioner of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. since June 2020. He currently serves as President Director for PT Alcatel Lucent Indonesia. Bobby was born in Padang, West Sumatra on October, 31st 1974. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Institute Teknologi (ITB) Bandung and a Magister of Management from University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

I Wayan Susena was appointed as President & CEO of GMF AeroAsia in June 2020. Previously, he has served as a Director of Business & Base Operations, and Director of Maintenance of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Commissioner of GMF AeroAsia, Director of Base Operations, VP Base Maintenance, and GM Aircraft Structure Maintenance. Wayan was born in Surabaya, East Java on February, 17th 1968. He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institute Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) Surabaya, and a Magister of Management from STIE, Jakarta.
Andi Fahrurrozi is Director of Business & Base Operation since June 2020. Before being appointed to serve as Director of Business & Base Operation, he served various positions at GMF AeroAsia such as VP Component Services, VP Logistic & Bonded Services, Executive Program Manager, and GM Knowledge Management. Andi was born in Temanggung on April 12th, 1980, completed a Bachelor degree in Aeronautics Engineering from Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) and a Magister of Aeronautics Engineering From Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB).
Erman Noor Adi was appointed as Director of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs in June 2020. Previously, he has served as VP Human Capital Management, Executive Program Manager, VP Quality Assurance & Safety, and GM Safety Inspection. Erman was born in Magelang on March 24th, 1967, completed a Bachelor degree inIndustrial Management from Institute of Industrial Management Indonesia, a Magister of Transportation Management from Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics, also a Doctoral Candidate in Human Resource Management from Jakarta State University.
He was appointed as Director of the Company based on Minutes of General Meeting of Shareholders of GMF Number 1 dated November 6, 2018. The resolution has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Company on January 21, 2019 regarding the duties & authority as well as nomenclature as Director of Finance of the Company. He completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Parahyangan Catholic University in 1993. He has attended Workshop on the Importance of GCG Implementation according to ACGS Standards and Other International GCG Standards for Global Expansion as a Public Company (2018). He served as Senior Manager Finance Controller for International Region PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2014 – 2017), Senior Manager HR & General Affairs PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Mei 2014 –Juli 2014), Temporary VP Business Support & General Affairs PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2012 – 2014), Senior Manager Head Office Account PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Agustus 2012– September 2012), and Senior Manager Finance Controller for Area Japan, Korea, China PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2008 – 2012).
Pudjo Sarwoko is Director of Line Operations since June 2020. Before being appointed to serve as Director of Line Operations, he served various positions at GMF AeroAsia such as Vice President of Corporate Affairs & HSE, Executive Project Manager, VP Cabin Maintenance Services, VP Outstation Line Maintenance, VP Base Maintenance, and GM Surabaya Line Maintenance. Pudjo was born in Jakarta on April 7th, 1968, completed a Bachelor degree in law from University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang.
